What time do I have to be at the Venue?
We advice all delegates to be at the venue 30 minutes prior each session as gates doors will be closed 20 minutes into each session.
What do I need to know about the dress code?
We strongly advice conservative and formal/ corporate dress code to avoid distractions.
What do I need to bring along?
We advice everyone comes with the following;
- Writing materials (preferably not a phone)
- An open mind and prepared heart
Will there be provision for food at the venue?
There will be food vendors with some light snacks for purchase outside the auditorium. There will be officials to direct you
Will there be provision for accommodation and transportation?
We advise all delegates to make proper personal arrangement for accommodation and transportation. See Hotel options Here
Will the venue be safe?
There will be security agents within and outside the venue. For everyone’s safety, we implore you to cooperate fully with identified security agents and comply with their directives.
Will there be Resources of Speakers available at the venue for purchase?
Yes. There will be books and audio resources to purchase at designated location and time. Please ask officials to direct you.
Can I bring my children?
No. It is a formal and corporate environment. We recommend you make other arrangement for your children. However, if you want additional information on this, kindly reach out via email for further assistance.
