Day 1 of the COZA Global Leadership Summit (CGLS) 2024 was a remarkable start to the event, filled with powerful sessions and inspiring messages. The theme, “Arise & Build,” which set the tone for the entire event.
The first session on Day 1 was anchored by Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo, who is known for her powerful and influential teachings.
The second session was led by The Revd. Biodun Fatoyinbo, who is a veteran leader in faith and leadership. The day was described as “amazing and power packed,” indicating the high energy and impact of the sessions.
The summit aimed to equip participants with the necessary tools to lead with impact and excellence, offering teachings and strategies from world-renowned leaders. The event was not just a conference but an encounter that promised to transform mindsets and elevate capacities.

On Day 2 of the COZA Global Leadership Summit (CGLS) 2024, the event proceeded with a series of engaging sessions led by influential speakers. The day was marked by powerful messages and insightful teachings aimed at inspiring and equipping attendees with the tools for spiritual and professional growth.
The morning session commenced with a vibrant worship and prayers which set a positive and uplifting atmosphere for the day. This was followed by afternoon sessions that began at 2pm, promising participants an enriching and transformative exposure to the secrets of COZA’s excellent and Spiritual workforce experience.
The evening session kicked of with a vibrant worship led by Prinx Emmanuel @thisisprinx which set the atmosphere for the exhilarating session by Bishop David Abioye who contributed to the day with a session on the power of focus, emphasising its crucial role in achieving success and fulfilling one’s vision. His teachings provided attendees with practical steps to overcome distractions and maintain concentration on their goals.
The day was filled with a blend of spiritual guidance and practical leadership teachings, making it a valuable day for all participants at the CGLS 2024.

Day 3 of the COZA Global Leadership Summit (CGLS) 2024 continued the theme of “Arise & Build,” with a focus on empowering attendees to take action and make an impact. The event featured sessions that delved into the blueprint of career, business and leadership, providing strategic insights to propel personal and professional growth.
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo stirred up the faith of all delegates to total dependence on God for everything. Delegates were challenged to deepen experiences and knowledge,
The evening session featured the spiritual juggernaut Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo as delicately shared a master class on the 9 Rs of revolutionary wealth offering guidance on how to forge a path of purposeful actions that aligns with the divine vision for each individual’s life and Purpose.
The summit continued to provide an environment for participants to unearth the strategic insights necessary to propel their careers to new heights. The emphasis was on the present moment as the time to take action and build upon the foundations laid before them.

celebration & impartation service
The COZA Global Leadership Summit (CGLS) 2024 on Sunday, October 14th, was a day filled with powerful sessions and inspiring messages. The worship, prayer of thanks giving and impartation on delegates was deliberate.
The grande finale of CGLS 2024 was capped by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo who taught about The Tithe of Honour. Our spiritual practices does make room for us in this natural world. A passionate and eloquent delivery of the heart of God for Christian leaders ready to impact, build and take over their sphere of influence.
This was followed by a session led by The Revd. Biodun Fatoyinbo, a veteran leader in faith and leadership. The day was indeed a Spiritual seal on all the previous sessions. Reiterating from the anchor scripture Nehemiah 2:20 emphasised the dicotomy between builders and WISE MASTER builders.
CGLS 2024 has not ended, the impact is unveiling by the day and we are putting to work our learnings as we pray, plan, and prepare for CGLS 2025!
